We’re local but get rooms every once in a while for the kids to swim and “vacation”. This has been hands down our favorite stay and will definitely be where we stay from now on! Staff is absolutely wonderful and the amenities are worth it!

Myra was super sweet, tentative, friendly, and fast. When we first arrived there weren’t many guest. As the night went by the crowd grew and she kept up even though she was on her own. Drinks were on point. Would recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Aloft Bolingbrook is great. I stay here every time I’m in Chicago. Be sure to visit Ricardo at the bar. He’s the best!

Your staff is excellent. Al that I've come in contact with; Ricardo and Mayra at the bar are truly fabulous and have been taking care of me for years!! Karen, Rachel and Alonso are extremely friendly and personable, always pleasant and welcoming. I don't know Naomi as well, but she is very nice and professional. Maria and Chris in the kitchen are also very pleasant and very accommodating!! Luis is the best maintenance man!! Very caring and devoted. While I don't know the ladies that take care of the room, they always do a nice job, and so does the young man that I met recently that maintains the common areas. Lastly, Damien has always taken excellent care of me and answers my email requests promptly!! Overall, this has somewhat become my home away from home, especially in the last few months. I hope I'm not forgetting anyone? :). As I end my 15 night stay, I wish you all a very Happy and Healthy Thanksgiving. Might see you in December! :). Joe Petruziello

Great leadership …. Andrew is exceptional! Clean rooms and good overall experience! I frequent this hotel often and I am a Marriott Bonvoy member! This hotel is my “go too” .. Great job overall team!

Hotel is a great stay. Bar tender Ricardo is very personable and has terrific service. Would choose to grab drinks here over a restaurant/bar.

Ricardo was phenomenal! In addition to his amazing customer service at the bar top, he was a great bartender who knew his spirits and knew how to mix. As far as the hotel goes, it’s clean, easy to navigate and straightforward. I’d 100% stay here on another business trip and appreciate the hospitality and kindness from the staff 💯

Had an awesome stay at the Aloft! The vibe was super chill and the place was really clean and modern. Big shoutout to Ricardo, the bartender — he was amazing! Super friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. He made the night a lot of fun with great conversation and good energy. Definitely coming back!

Our hockey team stayed at Aloft during our hockey play offs. The building is very clean and cozy with a fun atmosphere. ||Rooms are large and beds are very comfortable. ||All staff has been very kind and accommodating to our large group. ||Thanks for your hospitality! Looking forward to more stays in our future.

Bartender is so nice and fun to talk to. She was also so helpful with directions and drink option. I hope my job sends me to IL again too make a stop here. 100% recommend to stop by even for just a drink if Mayra is bartending
